(1) (1) The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by hard graft® - katzenschlaeger & teal GesnbR. hard graft® - katzenschlaeger & teal GesnbR (named “us”) and the buyer (named “you”). Any terms and conditions that you propose or object to are subject to our written consent. By placing an order with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.
(2) We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.
(1) Orders are only possible via the hard graft® website, by Paypal email invoice or bank transfer (european bank accounts only). As soon as you have received confirmation of your order, a contract between you and us is established in accordance with the conditions below (Prices, Shipping etc.) without written notice from us.
(2) The placed order and chosen conditions are representative for the delivery of our products. The prices and conditions shown at the time you placed the order apply.
(3) These conditions are made for orders of usual private volume. If you wish to place an order of a higher volume, please contact us first.
(1) All prices are retail prices in Euro.
(2) Accepted method of payment is Paypal or credit card through Paypal. Holders of European bank accounts may pay via prepayment (bank transfer).
(3) The total cost of your items ordered plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed via paypal.
(4) This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. (1) All orders will be processed within 5 working days from the date of order at the shown prices and delivery conditions to the given address. Delivery dates are without obligation. For binding delivery dates a written guarantee is necessary.
(2) Delivery is made at your risk and expense. Additional cost may result in the case of delivery to foreign countries.
(3) All deliveries to other countries may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees and custom fees. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please contact us by email at tellmemore[at]hardgraft[dot]com. For more precise information about the costs involved please contact your local government or your post office.
(4) The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond our control.
(5) If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it or because you didn't pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to hard graft®.
(1) You can return your order within 15 days from the shipping date (You'll receive an email from us letting you know your order has shipped).
All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee.
(2) You must contact us beforehand and receive a confirmation email from us. You must affix our downloadable Return Label on the outside of the package.

(4) We will quality control all returned products. All goods must be returned in perfect unused condition along with a copy of your initial order/delivery note in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage fees when returning an order. We will dismiss the returned product if:
a. The product shows signs of visible use
b. The order is returned without the original packaging
c. The product is damaged as a result of return transport.
We will reimburse your payment (Duties, taxes and other expenses excluded) once we have approved that the order is eligible for return. In case of return, you will be charged for all shipping charges. If the goods are returned outside the return period we are unable to process an exchange or refund.
(5) If the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the order placed, we will gladly refund the purchase price paid, the return shipping cost*; (upon proof of payment i.e. a receipt), plus the original shipping costs. Likewise, no good will be taken back if it shows signs of damage or interference, such as
- Natural wear and tear
- Events out of our control
- Signs of improper use
- Interference by the customer or a third person
- Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer
All refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment, If you paid via bank transfer you will need to supply the bank account information when you initiate the return.
* Return shipping costs will be refunded up to a maximum of the original shipping costs (excluding Express Shipping). Return shipments must be sent recorded delivery by the most economical method.
(6) No cost will be covered should the product/s go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport firm which provides a track & trace service.
If you supplied us with incorrect information about your creditworthiness we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.
(1) It is up to the customer to control the products either upon delivery and to notify us within 5 working days from delivery. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your rights.
(2) We cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property whilst using our products.
(3) All hard graft products are made with selected premium materials and care. In the unlikely event of imperfections in workmanship (we are only human) or material defects within six months from the date of purchase we will take the full responsibility and will either pay for the repair or repair your item in house.
Shipping charges outside the EU have to be paid by the customer.
This warranty does not extend to leather scuffing, marked fabrics and general wear & tear from use.
We hope all our products will age beautifully over time once they leave us but should you experience any problems with a purchase please do contact us and we will do our best to help.
(1) Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
(2) Furthermore please note that our products are made of natural material. Some corresponding inequalities of material and colour are possible and do not warrant a right to return a product.
