- Do you use an international courier service?
You can add Express Shipping to your basket for an additional charge. This method of shipping is usually handled by DHL but can vary depending on the delivery country. Shipping times are estimated between 2 and 4 working days for international orders.

You can return your order in unused condition in the original packaging within 14* days from the shipping date (You'll receive an email from us letting you know your order has shipped). You must contact us beforehand and receive a confirmation email from us.

Austria- product warranty
All hard graft products are made with selected premium materials and care. In the unlikely event of imperfections in workmanship (we are only human) or material defects within six months from the date of purchase we will take the full responsibility and will either pay for the repair or repair your item in house.
Shipping charges outside the EU have to be paid by the customer.
This warranty does not extend to leather scuffing, marked fabrics and general wear & tear from use. We hope all our products will age beautifully over time once they leave us but should you experience any problems with a purchase please do contact us and we will do our best to help.- I didn't receive any confirmation email for my order - what shall I do?
Please check if your paypal email address is vaild and an email address you use. Make sure the hard graft emails don't end up in your spam folder or are blacklisted.
- How can I find out the status of my order?
If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact your local post office with your Postal Reference No. as they may be holding your order after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. There is a small chance that your order is going through customs which would cause a delivery delay.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept bank transfers for customers with a European bank account. Please contact us with your order.
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Austria- What kind of leather do you use?
We use premium Italian vegetable tanned leather which ages beautifully with time and use. This leather is naturally milled and develops an individual patina over the years. It feels and looks like leather should.
- What kind of felt do you use?
We have specially developed a premium 100% pure new wool felt with a long established supplier. The felt carries the woolmark and is accredited with the OekoTex 100 (no harmful substances are used). Wool felt is also an eco-friendly and sustainable material.
- Why is felt so good for protecting a laptop, phone or iPod?
Our felt offers a lightweight shock absorption and scratch protection, it's a sturdy 3mm thick, water repellant and even fire retardant. It's also a highly resilient material.
- How can I clean the felt?
Wipe the dirty area gently with a slightly soapy, damp cloth then leave it flat to dry. Don't soak, wash it in the machine or tumble dry.
- How and where are hard graft products made?
All hard graft products are handmade in Austria and Italy. We're proud to say that they are eco-friendly and carefully handmade with sustainable materials under fairtrade conditions.
